Rates Policy

The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) offered for The Palladian PrivateBank Certificate of Deposit Account is effective for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which we receive your completed application. If the account opening process is not finalized in accordance with the instructions provided by The Palladian PrivateBank within the fourteen day period, we may not be able to honor the APY disclosed upon receipt of your completed application.

The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) quoted is accurate as of , and are subject to change at any time. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawal for Certificate of Deposit (CD) Accounts.

Savings Accounts are variable rate accounts and the interest rate and APY may change after the account is opened.


Important Update On FDIC Insurance:

The PrivateBank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the Coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013.
